When was Maeve infected by Nemesis?
Based on what we currently know. Maeve (the Winter Lady) was infected by Nemesis through Lea (Harry's Godmother) after Lea received the knife () from Bianca (the Red Court Vampire) in Grave Peril (Book 3). It is uncertain how long it took for Lea to be infected but it seems clear that she was already infected and being rehabilitated by Book 7 (Dead Beat). So Maeve was infected sometime prior to Dead Beat.
Book 3 (Grave Peril): Lea receives the knife
Book 7 (Dead Beat): Mab answers Harry's summons for Lea because Lea is indisposed.
Book 8 (Proven Guilty): Harry sees Lea in her torturous rehabilitation in Arctis Tor.
Book 10 (Small Favor): Mab uses Grim Alkin as a spokes cat because her voice causes people's ears and eyes to bleed.
Book 14 (Cold Days): Harry discovers that Mab's sorrow/anger that Maeve had been infected were the cause of her killer voice in Book 10.
